How can I track my order?

I inserted a wrong shipping address. What now?

We are unfortunately unable to change the shipping address once an order has been placed. Please remember that both your order and any information within your order cannot be changed after the package starts shipping. We understand that sometimes you want to change or cancel your order, but be sure to do it in time, please. That is because we cannot guarantee that the change in our system will be effective before the shipment takes place, and also to avoid possible frauds. What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?

The courier will make up to 2 attempts to deliver your order to the address you indicated. If the delivery is not possible, the driver will leave an Information Notice in the mailbox. After 2 delivery attempts, the courier will store your order, at no additional costs, for a maximum of 5 business days at their facility.
