Where can I ship my order?

Our courier will come to your home or work address in the Sweden, Spain, France, Denmark, Belgium, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Finland, Czech Republic, Poland, Switzerland, Slovakia, Croatia, Lithuania, Germany, and Italy*.

Out of service countries: Norway, Portugal, Argentina, Chile. Any orders sent to these countries will be cancelled and we will not send notifications.

*Unfortunately we cannot ship to any overseas departments and territories of the above mentioned countries, the Channel Islands, Gibraltar, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Campione d'Italia, Città del Vaticano, Livigno, San Marino, Büsingen am Hochrhein, Helgoland. Any order addressed to these locations will be cancelled.


We will shipping your order by with International Post and DHL Express. (PS: DHL only Sweden and Denmark)

Each order may take 1-3 business days to be processed, but in most cases we just need a day to process your order.
So the Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

The normal shipping time is about 7-12 days (DHL Express only need about 2-4 days). If courier encounter special weather or traffic control, may delay delivery.


What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?

The courier will make up to 2 attempts to deliver your order to the address you indicated. If the delivery is not possible, the driver will leave an Information Notice in the mailbox. After 2 delivery attempts, the courier will store your order, at no additional costs, for a maximum of 5 business days at their facility. If you have not collected your order before the end of the end of the 5th business day, it will be returned.


I inserted a wrong shipping address. What now?

We are unfortunately unable to change the shipping address once an order has been placed. That is because we cannot guarantee that the change in our system will be effective before the shipment takes place, and also to avoid possible frauds. You can still contact our Customer Care team for advice.


How can I track my order?

You can contact our customer services in the page of "Contact Us", and provide your order number and email address so that we can accurately find your order information.

After the courier returns the tracking number, we will reply the tracking information to you by an email.


My delivery is late!

We try our very best to inform our customers of any potential delay. Occasionally, delays can happen, which are often beyond our control. We work hard with our courier to deliver within the times quoted, but we cannot guarantee timely delivery.


Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal expenses. The handling costs have a fixed price, while the transport costs may vary according to the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We can not combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. We are not responsible for any damages that your package may suffer after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
